Any and all information divulged by visitors to Emmett Loverde Online, either by e-mail, online form, fax, or telephone, will be held in the strictest confidence. Mr. Loverde and his affiliates and assigns do not nor will they ever save, share, sell, or otherwise utilize any visitor or customer information for any purpose other than for normal correspondence and to occasionally inform visitors of items or events pertaining to Mr. Loverde and his work in which they have already expressed an interest.

Mr. Loverde strives to provide products and services of the highest quality and integrity.

If a customer ever feels that they have purchased an item that is lacking in quality or is unsatisfying in any way, they need only contact Mr. Loverde and request refund or replacement. Don't Spam Us and We Won't Spam You

Marketing professionals should be advised that Mr. Loverde does not respond to solicitations via e-mail or telephone at all -- ever -- and very rarely does he pay attention to unwanted junk in his "regular" mailbox. Anyone under the impression that they might be able to sell products or services to Mr. Loverde by stealing his contact information from this site and bothering him is wasting their time, effort, and money -- and creating of themselves a very unfavorable impression in his eyes.

How do I order copies of Mr. Loverde's plays?

Every play listed on this site includes ordering information. Ordering a play is as simple as choosing the desired option (i.e., electronic or paper copies) and clicking the included "ADD TO CART" button. This button links to PayPal, an online payment service which not only allows Mr. Loverde to accept credit card payments safely and economically, it also provides recourse to you should there be any dissatisfaction with your purchase.

If you have not already established a PayPal account, you may do so at the time you place your play order or any time before that. The process is very quick and easy.

Once PayPal has processed the order, Mr. Loverde is automatically notified that payment has been received and he fills and ships the order usually within twenty-four hours via mail or e-mail as appropriate.

Several of Mr. Loverde's plays are published exclusively by Playscripts, Inc. (playscripts.com) or Heuer Publishing (hitplays.com) and the ordering, distribution, sale of performance rights, and payment of royalties to Mr. Loverde for those plays are handled by their publishers. Both Playscripts and Heuer offer secure credit card processing at their sites as well as ordering by mail, printed catalogue, or toll-free number. Please see their sites for details.

What if I'm in a big hurry to receive the plays?

Call Mr. Loverde at 310-207-4475 and he will do everything in his power to fill your order in a timely manner to meet your needs.

If contact via telephone is not an option (if, for example, you are outside the United States), place your order via e-mail to ECLoverde@aol.com. Mr. Loverde checks his e-mail frequently throughout the business day and often on weekends, too.

If a customer is in a hurry to receive a play that is published by Playscripts, Inc. or Heuer Publishing, they should still contact Mr. Loverde at 310-207-4475 as he may be able to expedite the ordering process.

What if I want to order more than one play?

You may add as many different plays -- and as many copies of a play -- to your PayPal shopping cart as you wish.

What forms of payment does PayPal accept?

PayPal accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

How safe is it for me to order over the Internet?

Very. PayPal -- a subsidiary of eBay -- is the only entity that will see your credit card information via their secure site. However, if you wish to place an order without using a credit card you are welcome to contact Mr. Loverde at 310-207-4475 or e-mail him and a solution will be worked out using check or money order.

I'm ordering an Adobe Acrobat PDF version of a script. How will it be delivered to me?

Once PayPal notifies Mr. Loverde that your payment has been received and processed, the script(s) you ordered will be e-mailed as an attachment(s) to whatever e-mail address you give him usually within twenty-four hours. You may then read and print out copies of the script per the terms of your purchase. (Please note that scripts published by Heuer or Playscripts cannot be purchased in PDF form due to contractual agreements with those publishers.)

I'm not sure that I have Adobe Acrobat Reader on my computer.

If you have Acrobat Reader the script e-mailed to you will most likely open up automatically when you double-click on it whether you're using a Windows or Macintosh system. If not, you can download the program free of charge from Adobe Software (www.adobe.com).

How do I order performance rights?

Simply click on the appropriate "ADD TO CART" button on the order page for the play in which you are interested. Once PayPal notifies Mr. Loverde that your payment has been received and processed, copies of the script(s) you ordered will be mailed or e-mailed to you. You will also be e-mailed a Performance Rights Information Form which you may fill out and return via e-mail, mail, fax, or even in person if you are in Los Angeles.

The Performance Rights Information Form contains space for you to enter pertinent information about the performances you have planned. Of course, you can always change the performance schedule at any time but please note that there is a slim chance that you may risk conflict with another production organization in your area wishing to put on the same play, so it is in your best interests to firm up your schedule sooner rather than later.

A portion of the performance royalties may be due at the time the order is placed and any remaining amount is due on or after the performance date(s). For more information, please see the Performance Rights Information and Pricing page.

Can I remove items from my shopping cart?

Yes. PayPal's shopping carts allow shoppers to remove items until just before a sale is completed (for which they provide plenty of "no turning back" warnings).

Can I cancel a purchase?

If the purchase has not been shipped, simply contact Mr. Loverde via e-mail at ECLoverde@aol.com or by telephone at 310-207-4475 to request cancellation. If the purchase has already been shipped, contact Mr. Loverde regardless to arrange an exchange, return, or refund.

Does Mr. Loverde provide a list of Frequently-Asked Questions?

Yes.

Can I link to Mr. Loverde's site from mine, and vice versa?

Mr. Loverde would be honored to have links to his site placed on others' pages. However there is not yet a page on Emmett Loverde Online that provides links to other sites and there are as of yet no plans to include one.
